XTB-32W Carbide Blade – For soft surfaces: plaster, lime water, mortar, gypsum, floor adhesive, coatings, old paint, carpet remnants and carpet adhesive, fly ash, blast furnace slag, etc. ✅ Caution: As this product has a brushed motor, prolonged operation can lead to overheating of the motor and consequently damage to the internal components. It is recommended to allow the device to cool down for 10–15 minutes after 30 minutes to 1 hour of use (up to 2 hours when used with a vacuum cleaner) before further use.
VERSATILE & DURABLE – This versatile and practical power tool is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, for walls, ceilings, and facades. Thanks to the stepless height adjustment from 1 to 4 mm, even large areas can be worked on. The extremely hard 32-segment rotary cutter (double burr) can be resharpened at any time.
The cutters are interchangeable: edgeless milling on the side and separate cutters for neatly closing corners or edges. Thanks to the quick-change chuck, the side panel can be mounted or extended in seconds. The polished carriage of the XTB1600 ensures even safer and smoother gliding on the surface.
SAFETY AND COMFORT – The roller milling machine features two ergonomic double handles for even safer and more efficient tool guidance. A reinforced aluminum housing reduces weight and reliably protects the drive. The machine itself is protected against overload and overheating by a new self-cooling system.
3-way suction function – Three channels directly behind the roller ensure dust-free operation and dirt removal. Direct connection for industrial vacuum cleaners. (Connection diameter: 35 mm)
Caution: We recommend using the side cutters only when the machine is being used in a wall corner. In all other cases, we recommend using only the center cutter to avoid the risk of excessive dust and concrete splashing.
