Conditions for ordering

Place orders on the website
1. The customer's order can be made in the following ways: by telephone or by the customer independently on the website.

2. The procedure for placing an order on the website:

Select the products you want and click the "Add to Cart" button;

Go to the “Shopping Cart” section; enter the promotional code (if you have one);

Enter the phone number and full name of the order recipient;

Enter the name of your billing statement;

Select the Nova Poshta branch for delivery and then click the "Confirm Order" button.

If you have already made purchases, the system offers the option of delivery to the same address. If necessary, specify a different delivery address and/or recipient.

If you have any difficulties placing an order, please write to us at [email protected], we will definitely help you. In your request, please include the name and version of the browser you are using. Include a screenshot of the error or the page where the problem occurred.


3. When placing an order, the customer must provide the following information:

- Full name of the customer or the recipient of the order;

- New Mail branch number for delivery of the order;

- telephone number of the contact person;

- E-mail address.

4. Only products that are in stock can be ordered in the online shop. Items that are out of stock will not be displayed in the online store.

5. The goods in the shopping cart will only be reserved for the customer after clicking the “Confirm order” button.

6. If the order is not received and paid on time, it will be canceled: the goods reserved in the shopping cart will be canceled.

7. The customer can order a repeat delivery, which must be paid additionally.
