- Never miss a leak: If a water leak is detected, a red light on the water sensor flashes and the base station sounds an alarm of up to 100 dB. You'll also be notified via an app on your mobile phone (2.4G only) – so you're informed about leaks in your home even when you're away from home.
- A feature-rich app: Adjust the base station's alarm volume, mute the alarm, and view the alarm history. Tap "Remind me later" to temporarily silence alarms (10 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours, 6 hours, or 12 hours). The app also lets you test the device, receive low battery alerts, and share the sensor with others.
- Top and bottom sensors: This water detector has two sensitive water probes on the top and four on the bottom. This allows it to detect both water accumulations as shallow as 0.3 mm and drips from above. You will therefore be immediately notified as soon as water unexpectedly leaks, without having to look yourself.
- Slim design, easy installation: Thanks to its compact design, this water sensor fits even in tight and hard-to-reach areas; the device is only 17 mm thick and has a diameter of 77 mm.
- Long range: You can confidently place this sensor in an outbuilding or a remote corner: With a wireless range of up to 500 m outdoors, you will always receive notifications via the app, regardless of location.
- It also works in damp environments: Thanks to its IP67 protection rating, this water detector reliably fulfills its purpose even in damp rooms, e.g., near dishwashers or water heaters. Once installed, it is maintenance-free, as the batteries last up to 3 years – and the lifespan can be extended to 5 years with a simple battery replacement.
- Detects leaks throughout the house: This Wi-Fi water sensor detects leaks in and around windows, bathrooms, kitchens, garages, toilets, sinks, water pipes, laundry rooms, basements and wine cellars.
- Base station alarm: A red LED on the water detector flashes when water is detected. However, an audible alarm is only emitted by the base station. If you require a model where both the device and the base station trigger an alarm, we recommend the X-Sense SWS54 kit with Wi-Fi water detector.
