Calibrate before use
1. press the mode button to select the desired function. press the auto-calibration button on the side of the wall scanner before each scan and calibrate in the air. (In stud/depth mode, place it on the wall to be calibrated. In AC metal mode, place it in the air for calibration to avoid environmental interference from electromagnetic fields). Calibration is completed after a short beep.
2. in addition, it is also equipped with a manual for operation steps, which can be easily operated by beginners.

Stud scan inspection
1. this stud finder has 3 stud scan modes. The deep scan mode scans drywall up to a depth of 10/20/38 mm.
2. press the left button (wood detection) to switch the precision/depth mode

Metal detection mode
1. metal scan mode can detect 20 mm non-ferrous metals (e.g. copper pipes) and 38 mm ferrous metals.
2. press and hold the left button and on/off button at the same time to turn the sound on/off

Live AC wire detection
1 in this mode, you can detect unshielded AC wires and cables up to 38 mm deep under voltage. 
2. also detects and alerts live AC cables in metal mode for safety reasons

Simple and easy to use
1. long press the left button to calibrate and start measuring
2. adjust the position and slowly move to the position to be detected (the picture shows that it is close to the detection edge)
3. find the center of the bolt and beep
