Warm tips for installation:
THIS ALARM MUST BE MOUNTED ON THE CEILING OR WALL
1. Do not install in garages, kitchens, boiler rooms or bathrooms!
2. Do not install in areas where the temperature is below 40°F (4.4°C) or above 100°F (37.8°C).
3. Do not install in peaks of vaulted ceilings, A-shaped ceilings or gable roofs.
4. Install at least 4.5 m away from fuel burning appliances.
5. Install at least 30 cm away from fluorescent tubes.
6. Place the alarm so that curtains or other objects do not block the sensor.
7. Avoid excessively dusty, dirty or greasy areas.
A NOTICE:
1. The carbon monoxide detector can only detect the presence of carbon monoxide and warn people to handle the device or evacuate, it cannot prevent the generation of CO. And it is not a substitute for proper maintenance of the combustion equipment.
2. The CO detector is only designed to detect carbon monoxide and cannot be used as a smoke detector, CO2 detector or other gas detector.
