Homematic IP roller shutter actuator for brand switches is part of the Homematic IP smart home system
It enables the automated control of roller shutters and awnings using all common tubular motors. After commissioning with an automatic calibration run, individual weekly profiles can be defined. The roller shutter actuator for brand switches is suitable for installation in classic flush-mounted boxes and can be integrated into existing switch series using adapters. Once installed, the connected shade dispenser can be operated via the Homematic IP app, using the Homematic IP remote control or using the rocker switch on the switch.

Smart home made easy
The entire solution can be set up intuitively and conveniently controlled via the smartphone app. The Homematic IP Cloud service takes care of configuring the individual devices. Homematic IP relies on the 868 MHz radio band. Interference from WLAN, Bluetooth, video streaming or other users at 2.4 GHz is excluded. Homematic IP is suitable for owners and tenants as well as for new and existing buildings.

Security & Privacy
Even during the installation of the system, Homematic IP communication is secure and cannot be manipulated. During operation, all radio packets are always encrypted and authenticated. Reading, changing or repeating data or attacks of any other kind are excluded. The Homematic IP Cloud is operated exclusively on servers located in Germany. Your operation is therefore subject to European and German data protection guidelines. No personal information is requested to set up the system and all data stored in the cloud is anonymous.

Centrally controllable via app
No matter where you are: with the smartphone app you can keep an eye on everything. Control your smart home at any time and from anywhere.

Offline operation
Many functions such as heating profiles, time profiles or alarms via smoke detectors are also carried out if there is no internet connection or a destroyed access point.
