The additional window lock ABUS FAS101 is used to secure the hinge side. The handle side should be secured separately. When the window is open, the FAS101 simply rotates; the safety latch must be unlocked before tilting.

After tilting the window, the latch must be pushed in again. The hinge-side safety device is mounted on the window sash and the frame. Thanks to its slim design, the FAS101 can also be used in confined spaces.
