The PNI SafeHouse HS003LR sensor is designed to detect movements in the protected area and transmit an alarm signal to an intrusion detection system. It can only be used indoors, as many false alarms can occur outdoors.
They use wireless communication with 433 MHz frequency signals. The communication distance between the two units can be up to 100 meters without obstacles.
The motion sensor is powered by three 1.5V AA batteries (LR6), which allow it to operate for up to one year. It is recommended to test the detector's operation every few months.
You can attach the detector to the wall with double-sided tape or attach it to a solid support with screws. The recommended height for mounting the detector is 2-2.2 m above the floor.
To pair a wireless alarm system, press the pairing button on the back of the sensor to send a signal to the central unit.
