Thalos Key Thermostat: electronic wall thermostat with backlit LCD and battery operation
Thalos Key is a battery-powered electronic wall thermostat that can control the room temperature in both heating mode and air conditioning mode.
The temperature can be adjusted using the keypad on the bottom of the device.
The Thalos Key thermostat is designed to be installed on any wall in a room or to cover a 3-module flush-mounted box.
It is recommended to install the thermostat at a height of about 1.5 m above the floor, protected from direct radiation, away from doors, windows, heat sources and places with excessive or completely lacking ventilation.
“Keyboard lock” function.
The keyboard lock feature with password prevents configuration changes by unauthorized persons. It is very useful if you install the tool in public places and want to prevent unauthorized persons from tampering with the default configuration.
You can also limit the range of adjustable temperature values.
Large backlit screen and physical buttons
Thalos Key is equipped with a keyboard consisting of two physical buttons and a large backlit display to show the measured temperature. The screen backlight is a solid blue color and is activated by touching one of the buttons. In this battery version, the backlight remains on only for as long as necessary to perform the functions.
Battery performance
The Thalos Key thermostat works with two 1.5 V alkaline batteries (type AAA) with an autonomy of one year.
Frost protection function
The anti-freeze function allows you to set a minimum temperature (anti-freeze temperature) that is maintained when the device is turned off to prevent the system from freezing
