Wi-Fi thermostat: This elegant and user-friendly thermostat is controlled via the free Clima Vemer app, available for Android and iOS. Alternatively, it can also be set directly using the integrated keypad.
BATTERY OPERATED: This Wi-Fi thermostat is powered by 4 x 1.5V AA batteries. This eliminates the need for a power outlet and simplifies installation. For optimal performance, we recommend using alkaline batteries. Rechargeable or zinc-carbon batteries should be avoided.
Optimizing battery life: To extend battery life, the thermostat is not permanently connected to the Vemer cloud. In winter (October 1st to April 30th), the device accesses the cloud every 15 minutes from 6 to 24 hours and hourly from 24 to 6 hours. In summer (May 1st to September 30th), the connection is made every 8 hours. This setting optimizes the balance between battery life and the temperature display update rate. Users can change these settings directly via the Vemer Climate App; changes made via the thermostat's control panel are applied immediately.
EASY INSTALLATION AND SETUP: The thermostat is easy to mount on the wall, making it quick and easy to use. Setup is equally simple thanks to the detailed instructions in the included Spanish user manual. Further assistance can be found in the tutorials on the Vemer website. Network configuration requirements: The thermostat operates exclusively on the 2.4 GHz frequency band. It is essential that this band is enabled on your router and that the security settings are configured to WPA/WPA2 or WPA2 to ensure a stable and secure connection. WIDE BOILER COMPATIBILITY: The thermostat is compatible with various boiler types available on the market, including gas, condensing, and pellet boilers. It is also suitable for heat pumps and underfloor heating systems. This versatility ensures effective control of heating and cooling and adapts to different home climate control systems.
Advanced technical features: The thermostat offers flexible weekly programming with the option to set three different temperatures (T1, T2, T3) in hourly increments. It is versatile and suitable for both heating and cooling. The large, blue backlit touchscreen (which can be switched off) responds to touch, ensuring optimal readability and ease of use.
