Schellenberg tip: This is how you can calculate how long your new webbing should be at least: Simply multiply the height of the window or door by a factor of 2.5.
Assembly instructions
1. Close the roller shutter before installation
2. Disconnect the connection between the roller shutter and the roller shutter shaft
3. Remove old roller shutter belt
4. Attach the new roller shutter belt to the belt pulley
5. Wind the roller shutter belt onto the belt pulley by turning the shaft. The loose end should be approx. 20 cm below the winder.
6. Attach the roller shutter to the shaft again
7. Tension the winder spring. Attention: Risk of injury due to the tensioned spring!
8. Thread the roller shutter belt into the winder below the belt brake
9. Attach the roller shutter strap to the spring
10. Install the belt winder
