• The power supply in the box is 24V , it is for the indoor monitor. If you don't want to use a power outlet, you can order a 24V DIN power transformer from our store. The model is B0C9PXRFTQ .
• The doorbell does not supply power to the electric lock. You must connect a different power supply for your electric lock.
• The lock and its power supply are not included . If your lock is 12V, you need to use 12V power supply; If your lock is 24V, you need to use 24V power supply.
• The motion detection function can be used, but the sensitivity cannot be adjusted, so please adjust the installation position of the doorbell to avoid misdetection.
• The system supports up to 2 screens and 2 bells.
