The central control unit connects Bosch Smart Home devices via the Zigbee radio protocol and is already prepared for the international Smart Home standard Matter, thus enabling modern and future-proof system integration.
The system allows for flexible use as a multifunctional control solution for lighting or electric shading. Depending on requirements, the desired function can be defined during installation, enabling the implementation of various application scenarios.
In the area of shading, roller shutters, blinds, and awnings can be precisely controlled. Both the height and – depending on the system – the tilt of the elements can be adjusted exactly to the desired position.
In addition, the solution enables intelligent lighting control, allowing up to two conventional, non-smart lights to be integrated into the system and controlled.
A compatible controller is required for operation within the Bosch Smart Home system. The package includes two light/shutter controls and one Controller II.
