Precision Temperature and Timer - This sous vide stick allows you to adjust the temperature range between 25°C and 99°C (77°F to 210°F) when cooking and a calibration range of 0.1°F (1°F). maintaining high precision after a long period of use. The maximum timer range is 99 hours and 59 minutes. Fits any pot and is suitable for vegetables, meat, fruit, cheese, egg and so on.
Protection and Temperature Alarm - This device automatically stops immediately and alerts you when the water level is below the minimum. It also alerts you when the temperature reaches the set point. The stainless steel is easy to clean. This device is not waterproof. The water level must not be above the max line.
