HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL CUTTER- Maximum cutting length: 45.28" / 115 cm; Maximum cutting thickness: 16.54" / 42 cm (40 cm recommended); Bevel cutting range: 0-90°. This desktop Styrofoam cutting machine, with the slanted ruler, can be tilted to one side so it can be operated both horizontally and vertically to accurately cut Styrofoam material.
SIX NICHROME HEATING CABLE- The 0.02" / 0.5mm heating cable is made of high quality nickel-chrome alloy, which has the feature of high precision, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. And the heating wire is installed by spring, which independently generates tension for efficient processing.
LASER MARKING WORK TABLE - We adopt laser marking technology on the working table of our cutting machine. Compared with that of others, our scale area is more robust and sturdy. As a result, it enables you to quickly and accurately locate the cutting angle for more precise cutting. In addition, the stand allows the cutter to achieve vertical and tabletop use, while the side plates extend the cutting area.
MOVABLE ALUMINUM FRAME- The movable aluminum frame makes the foam cutting machine lightweight for convenient lifting and transporting on the construction site. Thanks to the ball bearing guide, the cutter bar slides smoothly through the Styrofoam plate. In addition, the pre-mounted stop tabs and depth limiter allow for stable operation and accurate repeat cuts.
IP68 ADAPTER POWER SUPPLY- This foam cutting machine is equipped with a transformer with an IP 68 waterproof rating, ensuring proper operation even in adverse weather conditions. With this adapter, the wire heats up to cutting temperature after only 1-2 seconds, ideal for cutting foam, sponge, pearl cotton, etc.
