Continuous and efficient control of heating valves for comfortable room climate control.
By adjusting the valve position, the heating water flow is regulated almost continuously, which enables more efficient use of the boiler, more precise temperature control and savings in electricity costs compared to conventional actuators.
The control is carried out via the Homemática IP 12-way underfloor heating actuator HmIP-FALMOT-C12 in combination with a Homemática IP wall thermostat (e.g. HmIP-WTH-2).
Universally applicable and suitable for the most common valves (thread size M30 x 1.5 mm) from all major manufacturers. Can also be used for other radiator valves.
One of the following solutions is required for operation: Standalone in conjunction with the Homematic Underfloor Heating Actuator, 12-speed motor (no access point or central unit, configuration directly on the wall thermostat); Homematic IP Access Point with free smartphone app and free cloud service; CCU2/CCU3 central unit with local WebUI user interface; third-party solutions.
