Safety first: This Smartwares smoke detector warns you of any fire hazard. Install, for example, one smoke detector per floor or every 40 m².
European certifications: This smoke detector, certified according to French standards, meets all European safety standards (EN14604).
Photoelectric sensor: This detector features a highly sensitive photoelectric sensor (also called an optical sensor) that warns you early and reduces false alarms.
Lifespan: The smoke detector is powered by a 6LR61 battery, which should be replaced after 5 years. The optical sensor will no longer function 10 years after activation and must be replaced. Test it regularly using the test button.
Alarms: In case of fire, an 85 dB siren sounds. The detector also notifies you when the batteries need to be changed. The test/mute button silences the detector in case of a false alarm.
