Outdoor sirens are the final and crucial component of a complete alarm system. Only sirens alert the surrounding area to a specific event. When the alarm control panel classifies an event as an alarm, there are various possibilities, depending on the programming, regarding where and how the alarm is triggered.
The new V2 outdoor siren can be easily configured via the web server of the smart home alarm system. In the menu "Sensors" → "Devices", you can deactivate the tamper alarm, confirmation tones, and beeping sounds during the delay time under "Siren settings".
The outdoor siren of the LUPUSEC smart home alarm system can now also be operated with an 8V power supply. It is highly visible, audible from a distance, and easily recognizable, protecting your property in an emergency.
