Ring-segmented diamond grinding wheels often have a wear problem: if the electric drive is not 100% parallel to the ground, unevenness immediately occurs. By angling the wave-shaped diamond segments on the diamond milling wheel, minimal active wear on the outside of the diamond milling surface was ensured. This results in a larger angle of inclination of the tool during operation, which significantly reduces the number of irregularities on the ring-segmented diamond inserts.
