New on the market: the cordless Ecovacs Goat G1-800 and Goat G1-2000 robotic lawnmowers are now available. Ecovacs is expanding its Goat G1 robotic lawnmower range with the launch of two new models. These new products can be ordered starting today. The special thing about these models is that they do not require a boundary wire and are designed to care for small or large gardens.

After Ecovacs presented the new Deebot T30 Omni series robot vacuum cleaners yesterday, the manufacturer's new robot lawn mowers are now also available in stores. After a successful debut in this segment last year with the Goat G1, the Goat G1-800 and Goat G1-2000 are now in the pipeline.
The two new products complement the Goat G1 line and sit above or below it. While the already well-known Ecovacs Goat G1 is designed for gardens up to 1600 m², the Goat G1-800 is designed for gardens up to 800 m² and competes, for example. B. with the new Segway Navimow i108E. The mowing efficiency is 400 m² per day and the battery capacity of 4.0 Ah is slightly lower than the 5.2 Ah of the G1 (G1-1600). The new Ecovacs Goat G1-2000, on the other hand, can mow up to 1,000 m² per day as it is equipped with an 8.7 Ah battery. It is designed for green areas of up to 2000 m². In addition to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, 4G is also included free for 3 years to help you get the job done. In addition to the additional garage, which is not available on cheaper models, the package also includes four navigation beacons instead of two. The beacons enable the Ecovacs Goat G1 models to have wireless navigation. Instead of having to laboriously lay a boundary wire around the entire garden before your first trip, you just need to place the white posts in predetermined locations. The robot lawn mower uses this to navigate through the garden.
Otherwise, the Goat G1-800 and the Goat G1-2000 do not differ from the well-known Goat G1 model from last year. All three models have a cutting width of 22 cm, cut grass in 13 height levels from 3 to 6 cm and feature the TrueMapping Multi-Fusion positioning system, which includes broadband inertial navigation and GPS positioning technology for navigation, as well as an on-board camera with AIVI -3D obstacle avoidance algorithm included.
While the "old" Goat G1 is available from Ezon for 1499 €, the Ecovacs Goat G1-800 has a recommended retail price of 1099 € (available in gray and white e.g. on Amazon) and the Ecovacs Goat G1-2000 costs 1999 € (available in silver e.g. at EZON).
