vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht und den Kauf unserer IHOXTX-Solar-Überwachungskameras.
Die App kann jeweils nur mit einem Benutzerkonto pro Kamera gleichzeitig vollständig verbunden sein.
Damit mehrere Familienmitglieder Zugriff auf dieselbe Kamera haben, empfehlen wir die folgende Vorgehensweise:
Freigabe der Kamera an andere Benutzer (Familienfreigabe):
Öffnen Sie die App auf dem Hauptgerät, auf dem die Kamera eingerichtet wurde.
Gehen Sie in der App zur Kameraansicht → Einstellungen“/ Device Settings.
Suchen Sie dort nach dem Menüpunkt „Family Management“ oder „Device Sharing“.
Fügen Sie per E-Mail oder QR-Code die weiteren Nutzer hinzu.
(Auf dem zweiten Handy muss die App mit eigenem Konto installiert sein.)
So können mehrere Personen gleichzeitig Zugriff auf die Kamera erhalten, ohne sich gegenseitig auszuloggen.
