Damaged package.
Clean the drain without screwing the siphon: Remove hair, food residue, grease, etc. from the siphon or directly behind it with a 1.4 m long cleaning spiral with a diameter of only 8 mm and free the siphon or drain. Often it is not necessary to dismantle the siphon. Never push the spiral through the siphon into the pipe with force or force, but dismantle the siphon and insert the spiral directly into the pipe.
Protection against damage: The plastic cover around the spiral prevents damage to valuable ceramics in the sink, bathtub or shower. Unprotected pipe cleaning cables quickly leave unsightly scratches that cannot be removed. The plastic shell ensures corrosion protection and a long service life. The spiral can be reused without rusting. For example, you can regularly remove hair from your sink drain.
Easy to use: Remove the strainer from the drain if necessary. First, turn the brush from the drill head counterclockwise and clean the pipes in a spiral pattern without a brush. While stuck in the drain, do not force the spiral back, but slowly loosen it by twisting it. Then insert the brush back into the drain snake and pull it through the pipe so that you can clean the drain pipe perfectly.
No risk of corrosion: Do not use chemicals to clean the wastewater, but use the shaft to clean the pipes. The use of our spiral is safe from the use of aggressive alkalis and prevents personal injury. Additionally, chemical drain cleaner can crystallize in the pipe and permanently clog it.
Spiral pipe cleaner 8 mm x 1.4 m with plastic cover and removable brush for cleaning siphons in sinks, sinks, showers and bathtubs. If the blockage in the pipe is deeper behind the trap, you may need a longer pipe cleaner. Caution: Never turn the spiral counterclockwise when the brush is installed. Please note further operating instructions on the packaging.
Step 1: Pipe cleaning with the drill bit
The pipe cleaning cable has a brush that should always be dismantled first. You can simply unscrew the brush from the drill bit counterclockwise.
The drill tip alone is excellent for wrapping hair and other foreign objects. Therefore, first insert the spiral into the siphon or directly into the pipe without a brush and crank it clockwise in the blockage. Then pull the spiral out of the tube. If the spiral gets stuck, do not pull with force, but support your gentle pull with cranks in an anti-clockwise direction.
Hair or other foreign bodies often already hang in the drill head of the spiral.
Step 2: Flush and brush pipe
If the drill tip no longer pulls out foreign objects, first flush the pipe vigorously. Now insert the brush into the head and push and pull the spiral through the drain! You can easily remove any remaining dirt from the pipe walls so that the pipe walls become bare again! This also prevents new foreign bodies from quickly becoming lodged. Then finally rinse the pipe again.
