• Before connecting your devices, please make sure your 5GHz band is disabled if your router is dual-band while using a 2.4GHz WiFi connection. Please do not use WiFi extenders or VPN/proxy servers during smart device setup. Also make sure you have entered the correct password of your WiFi router in the app.

How do I pair with our app?

1. Open our APP and create your account.

2. Turn on the plug and place it near the router when pairing.

3. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds and release when the plug starts flashing quickly to enter network pairing mode.

You can add a device in two ways.

Option 1. Tap “+” in the top right corner and select “Auto Scan”.

Option 2. Tap “+” in the top right corner to select “Add Manually,” then select “Power Strip (Wi-Fi).”

Follow the APP instructions to complete the process.
