The smart door/window sensor reliably detects open doors and windows and conveniently displays their current status in the app at any time. The integrated button also allows you to directly trigger individual actions or smart home scenarios.
With its exceptionally slim magnet measuring only 3 mm, the sensor blends discreetly and almost invisibly into any living environment. The door/window contact can also be easily mounted on the window sash of windows with multiple panes of glass.
To support an energy-efficient home, the sensor automatically detects open windows. In conjunction with the "Sustainable Ventilation" service, connected smart radiator thermostats are automatically turned down during ventilation to prevent unnecessary heat loss and additional heating costs.
Integrating a door/window contact into a smart home alarm system provides additional security. If a door or window is opened without authorization, an alarm is immediately triggered to alert you to potential break-in attempts.
A Bosch Smart Home Controller is required for full use in the Bosch Smart Home System.
