This actuator allows existing electrical installations to be expanded with intelligent functions. Depending on requirements, the device can be used either to control lighting or to automate roller shutters, blinds, and awnings. The desired operating mode is set during commissioning.
In the area of shading, the actuator enables precise control of electric drives. Positions can be individually set, allowing for exact adjustment of height and, with suitable systems, also the slat angle. This makes it easy to conveniently regulate light levels and privacy.
Up to two conventional light fixtures can be integrated for lighting control. This allows existing lighting installations to be enhanced with smart control options without replacing the light sources.
The compact design allows for flexible installation behind existing switches, in junction boxes, or in weatherproof outdoor enclosures. A minimum depth of 50 mm is required for flush mounting, but 60 mm is recommended for easier installation.
A compatible controller is required for use within the smart home system.
