Reducing shrinkage cracks in plastics By adding polypropylene fibers to concrete and other building products, shrinkage stresses can be absorbed and the occurrence of shrinkage cracks can be effectively reduced.
Reinforcing effect Polypropylene fibers prevent shrinkage cracks in concrete and increase the water retention capacity of fresh concrete or mortar. They contribute to long-term stability and durability without causing corrosion inside the concrete.
Easy to use: Add 500 to 800 g of polypropylene fibres per m3 of mortar or concrete to the prepared mixture (not to the mixing water) and mix for at least five minutes. For smaller quantities, add the appropriate ratio to the mixture quantity.
Wide range of applications Polypropylene fibers are suitable for a wide range of applications, including concrete, mortar, industrial floors, underfloor heating, balcony and terrace cladding and the production of precast concrete elements.
